I LOVE desktop wallpapers. Specially colorful, vibrant ones. KDE (wikipedia) and GNOME (wikipedia) usually never fail at providing a good selection of default wallpapers. Recently, the Oxygen Team unveiled the wallpaper collection for KDE 4.0 (more on KDE 4 here). The wallpapers were breathtakingly beautiful. You can see or even download the entire collection here.

That open window ruined the shot

I was flipping through some pictures that have been sitting in my digital camera for a while. I think that day was a great day for taking pictures because i liked most of them. Anyway, i am uploading a few of them now and i might upload some more later. All these pictures (except the first one) were taken in our garden.

I have the high resolution versions of these pictures (if interested). I don’t mind you using them, but please let me know if you do.

A friend of mine sent me this picture. I am not sure if this lizard was moving exceptionally slowly, or if he just had a great timing. Anyway, it’s pretty awesome.

Purple petals have fallen of a tree down the road of where i live. The street turned into a majestic purple shade. I have not digitally altered any of these photos, i am not sure if they need to.

I have more of these if anybody is interested. I also don’t mind you using them, but please let me know if you do.
